Vandalised Car

Here, we interviewed a Mr Loo Talkalot where he was a victim of car vandalism. As you can see in the picture above, we see Mr Talkalot's car that got scratched by vandals. He later made a police report about this incident. Unfortunately, he needed to pay $10 for repairs and such. After this incident, Mr Talkalot had then taken precautions in installing an alarm for his car. After further investigations, the suspects are believed to have come from RP, a student suspected as well as a New Media facilitator from E36K.

As quoted from CPL Lim,
-Citizens are to BE MORE VIGILANT.
-Please do refrain from being involved in illegal activities such as borrowing money from loan-sharks.
-Make sure to dial 999 immediately in any case of house theft, molestation or any other cases etc.
-Refrain from carrying excessive cash and wearing expensive jewellery when going out alone.
-Install alarms in cars for assurance in preventing vandalism and car theft.
-Make sure house is locked before leaving off for work or school.
-Avoid staring cases so as to prevent any unnecessary confrontations.
WHAT IFs:
-If these crimes do happen, do observe the culprit's description where it will be easier in assisting us policemen to nab them.

However, i do prompt to all citizens of Vic Street to dial 999 for any emergencies before contacting me personally.
